Shipping of any order will only commence on receipt of payment in full.
Orders for all stocked products will be prepared and packed within 3 business days. For make-to-order or out of stock items, time frames may be longer subject to the type of product and manufacturing lead times.
Where an item is currently out of stock, pre-orders for these items can be made by you.
We will make every effort to ship make-to-order and pre-order items with 3 business days, however due to the hand crafted nature of these products, they can take 1 to 6 weeks for preparation. Where you have ordered a make-to-order or pre-order item, we will stay in touch with you to provide regular updated delivery information.
Should these extended lead times not be acceptable to you, then where manufacture of the item has not commenced, you will be entitled to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
For metro areas, shipping typically takes 3-7 business days once your order is ready. Deliveries to outer metro and country areas may take 7-15 business days.
Business hours are from Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 5pm.
We will return your pet home within 5 to 10 workings days from the later of when we receive your final wishes or when we take physical procession of your pet.
The Buddy home return service is performed by our in-house concierge team and we do not use postal or courier services. We service geographic areas on different days of the week and your return will be scheduled in for the day that we service your area.
We do our very best to accommodate your availability but where the time slot we provide is not convenient for you, this could lead to delays.
Stocked memorial products ordered with a cremation will be delivered at the same time as the ashes. Make-to-order items will be shipped within 6 weeks of the cremation booking date.
